Refurbishment of traditional four storey town house and reconstruction of existing basement extension in the heart of Notting Hill. A revised basement layout creates a light and open space which flows from the front to the rear of the property. A new rooflight introduced into the ground floor terrace area introduces natural light into the middle of the basement. A carefully crafted kitchen design forms the heart of the basement layout. New folding sliding doors to the rear garden allow for a fluid relationship with the patio courtyard and garden.

Full refurbishment of a private apartment in Chelsea, London. A wasteful internal hallway layout presented the opportunity to rearrange the central section of this property. The new layout creates a smart and alluring entrance hall with a panelled joinery design and a secret door into the rear section of the property. A contemporary and bright pallet of materials and colour are successfully brought together through a considered design process undertaken in close collaboration with the client team. Collaboration was a theme that continued during the site works with the Main Contractor which allowed the project to be delivered on time and on budget.

Design with full planning consent for a new dwelling on the site of an existing cottage within a woodland setting. The design maximises sunlight to the main habitable rooms through inverting the traditional plan layout and creating a ‘upside-down’ house. The elevations were designed to be sympathetic to the woodland surrounds whilst incorporating traditional island construction materials.
Phase 2 extension at the heart of the existing school to provide Art and Music suite, Dining Hall and additional classrooms. The curved drum design creates a gateway with the existing nursery building creating two distinct but linked external spaces. Positioning of the fenestration creates an elevation that children can interact with on their scale.
Full refurbishment of an existing semi-detached villa house with large new build rear extension to provide spacious kitchen and dining room linked through sliding folding doors to a large patio and garden. The design maximised planning gain for the site and achieved full planning consent.
A crisp pallet of colours and finishes creates a clean and contemporary finish.
